Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the use of the Example and Non Example learning model in improving the learning achievement of class V students at SDN 08 Lubuklinggau in PAI subjects regarding the material of Getting to Know the Apostles of Allah SWT. The method in this research is classroom action research, because the research was conducted to solve learning problems in the classroom. This research is descriptive research, namely describing how a learning technique is applied and how the desired results can be achieved. This classroom action research was carried out in two activity cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection.

This research data collection technique uses documentation and observation. Data was collected through primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source that was the research subject was 26 Class V students at SDN 08 Lubuklinggau including 18 male students and 8 female students, namely data about student activity and achievement. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are data sources other than primary data sources, namely school documents. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the learning achievement of class V students at SDN 08 Lubuklinggau in PAI subjects seen from the first, the class average score based on pre-cycle test results was 63.46%, in Cycle II the test results increased to 84.35%. Second, classically 30.77% of students completed their studies in pre-cycle and at the end of cycle II in this study students who obtained grades according to the KKM reached 92.31%.
