Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Education Administration at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo, Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, Teacher Performance at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo, Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, and the effect of education administration on PAI Teacher Performance at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo, Bayung District. Musi Banyuasin Regency Lencir. The type of data in this study is Quantitative and Qualitative. Data analysis is percentage frequency and product moment correlation. In this study the authors used the method of observation, documentation, questionnaires and through interviews to obtain the data needed in this study. The sample in this study were 33 students and 2 PAI teachers and 1 school principal at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo.

The results of this study are, first, the Education Administration at Lubuk Harjo Public Elementary School has good educational administration in terms of direction and supporting facilities and infrastructure for the learning process/KBM by strengthening the results of questionnaires that are in the range of influence percentages of 75% - 100%, from the results of the analysis of the 33 respondents who were used as samples turned out to be a score of 97.65%. Second, it can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that teacher performance at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo, Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency is included in the good category, because it is in the range of influence percentages of 75 -100%, namely the results of an analysis of 33 respondents to the students who were used as the sample, it turned out that the score group which occupies the highest percentage of 96%. Third, based on the results of the data value "rxy", it is known that the influence of education administration on teacher performance can be seen from the data interpretation of the data on the product moment correlation index number, it turns out that the correlation number between the x and y variables is not negative, meaning that between the two variables there is a positive correlation (correlation that goes in the same direction). Taking into account the magnitude of rxy (ie = 1.01), which ranges from 0.90 to 1.00, it means that there is a positive correlation between variables X and Y and this includes a very high positive correlation.
