There are several examples of innovations that can be made in the application of discipline in educational institutions, first, the collective example of education personnel. Second, habituation, which can be carried out by schools in order to form student discipline through the implementation of discipline, namely applying the 5S culture (spreading smiles, saying greetings, reprimanding greetings, behaving politely, and acting politely). Third, the provision of rewards and punishments, this is certainly common and common. However, the form of reward and punishment given can be innovated according to the conditions and culture where the educational institution is located. Fourth, Innovation in school management. In this case, the leadership and creativity of the principal in the management of the educational institution he leads is very much needed. The type of research used is literature research or literature studies where researchers use various literature to obtain research data and use qualitative data because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions.
