The theme of this research is the Implementation of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) in PAI Subjects at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Panjang.

The results of this research show that at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Panjang: First, the implementation of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAIKEM) learning in PAI subjects has been carried out well where the implementation of learning is in line with the theory and indicators that it should be. Second, the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing PAIKEM are facilities and infrastructure, budget, lack of cooperation from parents, guardians and teachers, lack of facilities that support the creation of PAIKEM and when teachers explain that children are busy themselves.
