Abstract

ABSTRAK: This research This study aims to determine the effect of teaching variations of internship III students at the Rahmaniyah Islamic College.Islam Rahmaniyah on the motivation ofThis type of research is (field research) or field research conducted at SD Negeri 2 Kayuara, Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.conducted at SD Negeri 2 Kayuara, Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.Banyuasin Regency. For 4 months starting from September to December 2023.December 2023. With 26 respondents taken using nonprobability sampling technique, by sampling based on the order of the members of the population who have been given an order. based on the order of the population members who have been given serial numbers. The technique of data collection techniques in this study using two instruments, namely Interview and Questionnaire. and Questionnaire. To analyze the data that has been obtained, researchers use quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis which is used to translate the results of quantitative data analysis. translate the results of quantitative data analysis. While the analysis quantitative descriptive analysis uses a statistical calculation approach. The results of the analysis df of 26, obtained "r" table rtable at the 5% significance level of 0.388; while at the 1% significance level of 0.496. It turns out that rO (ie = 0.9618) is much greater than at the 5% significance level or at the 1% level. This means that there is a very significant positive correlation between variable X and variable Y, therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. This fact shows that there is a positive influence between the Teaching Variations of STAI Rahmaniyah Sekayu Internship Students on student learning motivation, the better the teacher's professionalism, the better the student's learning motivation. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Teaching Variations of STAI Rahmaniyah Sekayu III Internship Students on student learning motivation at SD Negeri 2 Kayuara, Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin.
